Every repair is quoted flat-rate from a book, on paper, before a part comes off the truck. Every system is quoted for a specific matched pair after a load calculation, with what is included and what is not spelled out. The number does not move once we start unless you change the scope.

You see the problem

The failed part, the reading that condemned it, and the before-and-after measurements on the ticket. A photo of the problem before the fix and a photo after it. If you were not home, the photos are how you know what happened.

Shoe covers, a call ahead, a clean garage

You get the technician's name and an arrival window we keep. Shoe covers at the door, drop cloths under the air handler, and the space left the way we found it. In the gated communities we know the gate, and on the farms we know to close it behind us.

Permitted and inspected

An equipment change-out is a mechanical permit in Florida, and we pull it under our license through Marion County Building Safety or the city building department. Refrigerant is recovered, not vented. New equipment is registered with the manufacturer so the parts warranty runs its full term.
