What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the address or town of the property, what is going on with the system, and whatever else you tell us about the job. We also record which page of this site you submitted from, so we know where our enquiries come from.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your quote and to do the work if you hire us. That is all. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to anyone for marketing.

Who can see it

Paddock Air and the service providers that run this website and deliver our email and text messages. They are only allowed to process your information on our behalf.

Text messages (SMS terms)

If you tick the box on the quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Paddock Air about your request: confirming we received it, setting a time, and following up on the quote. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics to count visits and see which pages get used. It does not use advertising trackers, and it does not build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to handle your request and any work that follows, and for whatever period Florida law requires us to keep business records.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes here with the date it took effect.
